Important Notes
- Local Delivery: Distances are calculated from our primary shipping location to the delivery address provided. Ensure all delivery information is accurate to avoid delays.
- Canada-Wide Delivery: Applies to orders shipped anywhere within Canada. Rates are based on order value before taxes and discounts.
- UPS is also available for orders weighing less than 700 grams. Note that UPS does not support PO box addresses as delivery destinations.
- We reserve the right to ship using Canada Post even if the customer chooses UPS at checkout, especially in cases where the quoted shipping cost differs from the amount paid during checkout (and vice versa).

By default International orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet mail service. Tracked Expedited Parcel and Express service are also available. Shipping default for United States customers is Canada Post Tracked Packet USA, Please use the Shipping Calculator on the Cart page to find estimates based on your location. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. Please note we are not responsible for lost untracked packages due to mishandling by shipping agents worldwide.
